We Collect nonpublic information about you from all or some of the following sources:

¨ Personal Information such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income provided on membership applications and other required forms .

¨ Information that includes but not limited to account balances, payment history, and credit card usage is obtained from transactions made with Team & Wheel and our affiliates.

¨ Credit worthiness and your credit history is obtained from consumer reporting agencies.

We may disclose all information collected about current members and former members described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or with other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. This information is shared to provide you with high quality products and services.

We may also disclose your information under other circumstances permitted by law.

As security measures Team & Wheel restrict access to your personal nonpublic information to employees who can provide the best products and services to you.  To guard your personal nonpublic information, we maintain both electronic and physical as well as procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations.
