Identification Requirements

 

The following information and documents are needed for all account owners including joint owners and beneficiaries:

> Signed and dated membership application

> Photo ID (Driver’s license, State issued ID card, Passport or Military ID)  (You can fax copy to credit union)

> Birth Certificate copy for minor children

> Social Security # (please call credit union to provide)

> Proof of Union membership (membership card or pay stub reflecting paid union dues)

> Name and relation of Teamster family member you are joining the credit union under

 

All financial institutions are required to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies everyone who opens an account. This helps the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities.

How To Join

 

Simply download our Membership Application  complete, sign, date, and return to the credit union with a copy of your driver’s license and the membership fee. A minimum deposit of $20.00 is also required.

Active Teamster, Retired Teamster and immediate family of Team & Wheel Federal Credit Union members are eligible for Membership.
