Loan Application Request
This form is a request to have a loan application and other associated loan documents emailed to you. This form IS NOT a loan application. Upon receipt, our loan officer with prepare a loan application and other documents requiring a signature and email them to you for an electronic signature. This is accomplished by simply opening the documents, clicking everywhere within the document you see an "X", type in your full name, and scroll to the next "X". Once you have clicked all the Xs and electronically signed, the documents will automatically email back to the credit union.
Additionally, we will require a current pay stub for income verification, which can be emailed to loans@team-wheelfcu.com, or faxed to (336) 788-5421 - Attn: Loan Officer
If you are a first-time borrower at Team & Wheel, there is a ONE-TIME ONLY loan origination fee of $25.00. The fee can be transferred from your Team & Wheel account if the funds are available, or you may send a check or money order. No loans will be initiated until the fee (if required) has been collected.
